Objects that humans interact with (like tools, machines, websites, applications, books, etc.) all have particular levels or measurements to describe their ease of use and learnability. These levels are called usability. Even though, usability is a quality that does not exist in any real or absolute sense, it is something that most object creators strive to improve with the goal being to make objects easier to use and to closely align them with the needs and requirements of users. There are many UX research methods that can help assess an object’s usability.
